Here at The Man for Land Rovers we now offer a full rebuild service for the bottoms of Defender doors. Firstly we remove the door from the vehicle, then remove all the trim and inside mechanisms. Then we remove all the rusty parts of the door and repair with new sections; please see the diagrams below.
After we have repaired the doors, we coat them with an underseal to prevent any more rust / corrosion from forming. We then refit the doors to the vehicle, leaving you with a rust free door bottom!
We can offer this service on any Defender door bottom.
